It takes just under a minute to register your business

  • Download the app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Open the app, select Business and select Register
  • Enter the business details and select Next
  • Enter the primary store details, Accept the Terms & Conditions and select Next
  • Your account will be created but not verified. One of the Loyali App business experts will contact you as soon as possible to complete the verification process.

Once the verification process is complete, you are now ready to start using Loyali App as the loyalty and rewards program for your business.

Loyali App currently uses a simple default reward plan as below

  • 1 point awarded for each $ of the billing amount
    For example, if a customer shops for $90.50, customer will get 90 points
    Note: The cents in the billing amount are not considered in the reward plan.
  • 100 points are worth $1
  • Customers can redeem as little as $1

If you would like to have a custom reward plan for your business, please contact us.

Once your customer has completed the shopping and paid for the invoice, you can reward them as below

  • Open the Loyali App
  • Press the REWARD CUSTOMER button at the bottom of the App home screen
  • To find the customer, either
    • Press SCAN QR button and scan the customer's qr code or
    • Enter customer email address and press search icon
  • Enter the total billing amount, including cents
  • Press REWARD and confirm
  • A notification will be sent to the customer for successfully earning reward points

It is very similar to rewarding your customer. Below are the steps for Redeeming points for your customer

  • Open the Loyali App
  • Press the REWARD CUSTOMER button at the bottom of the App home screen
  • To find the customer, either
    • Press SCAN QR button and scan the customer's qr code or
    • Enter customer email address and press search icon
  • Enter the total amount that customer wants to redeem (amount cannot be less than $1)
  • Press REDEEM and confirm
  • A notification will be sent to the customer for successfully redeeming the reward amount.

Now add the redeemed amount as a discount to your customer's billing invoice.

Offers are an effective way to attract new customers and reward existing customers. An offer has below phases

  1. Create
    • Press Offers section on home page
    • On offers screen, press the + sign at the top right corner
    • Enter the offer title. Title should be catchy like Flat 30% Off
    • Enter the offer details in the description box
    • Press CREATE. An offer will be created in Draft mode
    • You may publish the offer now. If something needs to be changed, can edit the offer at this stage.

  2. Update - OPTIONAL
    • This is an optional stage
    • Press the draft offer you want to update from the offers list section on home page
    • Edit the offer details as required
    • Press UPDATE

  3. Publish
    • From the offers list, press the draft offer you want to publish
    • Press the publish button
    • Offer will be published. All your subscribers and nearby customers will be notified of the offer

  4. Delete
    • From the offers list, press the published offer you want to delete
    • Press the delete button
    • Offer will be deleted. Customers will no longer be able to view this offer

Customer

  • Privacy first. We do not collect unnecessary information.
  • Single view of all of your loyalty points balances for all of your favorite businesses
  • Receive special offers from businesses you've shopped at previously
  • Discover new businesses nearby that may interest you
  • Discover special offers from nearby businesses
  • Mobile App only. No need to carry multiple physical loyalty cards

You can redeem the loyalty points at the business where you earned it. To redeem

  • Before starting the invoice payment, advise the business that you would like to redeem your Loyali App points
  • Open Loyali App and go to Wallet
  • Check the balance listed for the business where you want to redeem.
  • 100 points are equal to $1. You can only redeem $1 or more.
  • To open your qr code, press the QR Code icon from the top bar in the app
  • Show the QR code to the business so they can scan it or advise your email address that you use to login to Loyali App
  • Advise the amount you want to redeem to the business
  • You will receive notification once the amount is successfully redeemed
